Tommy started Midtlyng Bros in high school, cleaning up fallen trees for neighbors after the big winter storms. As the business grew, his younger brother Johnny joined, and today the two of them serve homeowners all over Placer and Sacramento Counties.
Tommy was working construction alongside our dad, a licensed general contractor, for years before Midtlyng Bros got started, and Dad still oversees our construction work today. As Eagle Scouts, we run every job the way we were taught: show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat your home like it’s our own.

Yes. We handle the whole job, from tearing out the old kitchen or bathroom to building it back, and we go over the plan and price with you before anything comes out.

Yes. We cut out and remove the damaged drywall and materials, then rebuild and finish the area so it blends in with the rest of your home.
Do you handle the demo and haul-off?
Yes. Hauling is where we got our start, so we tear out, haul everything away, and leave the space ready for what comes next.
